Weblog Tools Collection » Wordpress Plugin Meme:
I’m always on the lookout for interesting plugins, and I’ve been trying to find ideas for a plugin to enter the Wordpress plugin and mod competition (also as a good opportunity to learn how to write wordpress plugins). So to continue the meme, here goes my list of non-bundled plugins I use, and my ratings.
1. Del.icio.us Integrator. Display my del.icio.us feed both in the sidebar and as a separate page. Quite useful. 7 out of 10.
2. FancyTooltips. Pretty, but not really necessary. It doesn’t display correctly in all browsers (in Firefox, sometimes the tooltips appear quite far away from the cursor). 4 out of 10.
3. Preserve Code Formatting. Potentially useful, but it doesn’t seem to interact well with the Markdown plugin (which I also use). Maybe there’s a newer version, need to go check. 3 out of 10.
4. psnGallery 2. I’m just starting to play with it, but it seems like a nice way to integrate my blog with my Coppermine photo gallery. 8 out of 10.
5. Preview Theme. Highly useful for when I play with the theme on my site (a customized version of Arzel XT2). 9 out of 10.
6. Touched. Very, very nifty. I write my new posts using Ecto, but when I need to make some quick editing, this is useful. 8 out of 10.
7. WP Admin Bar 2. This is one of those plugins that makes administering your blog so much easier, and convenient, you wonder how you ever were without it. Simple and useful. 10 out of 10.

BotCheck, quite useful to catch spam. It checks for human input on comment submission. Captcha style. (8/10)
