  47. …in reply to @undefined
@fraserspeirs 11,000.00 CHF = 7,244.20 EUR Now that you say 13k, it doesn't sound that bad.

  56. Made appointment to renew my daughter's passport. Always a painful experience, but couldn't postpone it any longer.
  57. iMovie has some strange annoying bugs. Sometimes it automatically removes the audio of a "cutaway" clip, others it doesn't.

  59. …in reply to @SifuMoraga
  60. …in reply to @juliaroy
@juliaroy I was surprised to see you tweeting about that. How did they get access to your twitter account?

@bricooke That's the curse of younger siblings. But in my experience, they learn to defend themselves very quickly :-)
  66. …in reply to @gabvirtualworld
@gabvirtualworld I think it is fishing. I have never received such an email from Google, AFAIK they never delete accounts automatically.
  67. …in reply to @undefined
@fraserspeirs That would be very cool. I'm terrible with names. Maybe it could cooperate with iPhoto faces DB.

@ghostnomad Weird - I can't see it on the web site, but Tweetie still displays it correctly (I don't think it's caching it).
  72. …in reply to @ids

@davideisert I think the idea is that with @yfd you record categorical/numerical data that you can later visualize.
  80. …in reply to @davideisert
    @davideisert Agree - I'm not saying I would use it :-)
  81. …in reply to @sophiestication
@sophiestication Seems like I missed the sale :-( Groceries looks very very nice. Will probably buy it anyway.
  82. …in reply to @undefined

  83. …in reply to @undefined
@rodet What's new? Looks the same to me.
  84. Missed the live launch yesterday. Glad we have YouTube these days. STS-127 Launch HD: http://bit.ly/2y3FR

  93. It still amazes me that people went to the moon with technology from FORTY YEARS AGO. Awesome stuff. http://www.youtube.com/ReelNASA
  94. …in reply to @mattgemmell
@mattgemmell Honestly, I can't make a word of what you say, but I'm subscribed anyway. Scottish accent is hard to understand :-)

  98. So. TIRED. Youngest daughter is sick, gave me only 2 solid hours of sleep last night (3:30-5:30AM, if you are interested).
  99. I need to fix the double-tweeting of my posterous entries (one from posterous, one through auto-posting on my blog, which gets tweeted).
  100. I also set up my posterous with a custom domain the other day - it took all of 10 minutes. I love posterous. http://posterous.zzamboni.org/
  101. …in reply to @undefined
@vkoser I never clicked with tumblr, although the general idea is the same. I love posting through email, makes a client unnecessary.
  102. …in reply to @undefined
@vkoser Also, posterous adds features all the time. Look here: http://blog.posterous.com/ e.g. embedding of Gmaps, Github Gists, etc.
  103. …in reply to @lacker
@lacker Indeed. There seems to be no way of disabling auto-tweeting without deleting the Twitter account from posterous.
  104. …in reply to @nazgul
@nazgul Have you looked at The Hit List? I switched from Things, for reasons including saved searches, tabs and very nice keyboard shortcuts
  105. …in reply to @nazgul

  114. Shipment for @vkoser: http://post.ly/1XRW Goes out tomorrow :-)
  115. …in reply to @undefined
@vkoser It's the same one, for a moment it appeared separate because I had deleted my Twitter account from Posterous, but now it's fixed.
  116. …in reply to @undefined
@vkoser If you don't have your Twitter account in Posterous, Tweetie creates a new posterous blog, but you can always claim it later.
  117. …in reply to @undefined
@vkoser Hate that. Looking at you screenshot: what other Twitter accounts do you run?
  118. …in reply to @undefined
@vkoser I know, I find it annoying. I haven't been able to find how to sign off from that web site so it stops retweeting me.
  119. @segdeha http://twitter.com/gramicci ? First hit on http://bit.ly/1o8HFT

  121. @segdeha Awesome effect in your web site BTW. I thought I was hallucinating at first.
  122. I just unfollowed @ibmers. Too annoying. Anyone know how "sign off" so it stops retweeting me?
  123. …in reply to @AlecMuffett
@AlecMuffett How very odd. Even more so the comments "well done nice video!"

  140. …in reply to @davideisert
@davideisert Big advantage: ease and low cost of cloning/snapshotting/creating/restoring VMs for continued operation.
  141. …in reply to @davideisert
@davideisert If you don't plan correctly, you could end up with your redundant VM servers running on the same physical hardware :-)
  142. RT @patkiernan: Texting and driving isn't just a little bit dangerous. NY Times reports it's 23 TIMES more dangerous. http://bit.ly/carTEXt

  148. …in reply to @undefined
@vkoser I really liked it - yummy unhealthy food. And I did get to order the "Roadkill Fries Deluxe" that one time, you were there too :-)
  149. I just got a really well done spam message. I actually read all of it trying to find where the advertisement was (not immediately apparent).
  150. Very nice - I wish more publishers allowed authors to do this RT @chacon: Just put my CC licensed Apress Git book online: http://progit.org
  151. @chacon Congrats on publishing @progitbook, I'd be curious on how hard it was to convince Apress to allow you to CC license it
  152. …in reply to @undefined
@Shrdlu Congrats to him! Funny how perspective changes. I used to think 5yo was very young, now I think "what a big boy" (my oldest being 3)
  153. Doing app cleanup - I have removed about 10 Twitter clients I tried at some point but never used again. Left: Tweetie, Syrinx and MoodBlast
  154. Wow, my (former) Perlmonks pw is actually there in #zf05
  155. …in reply to @tarasis
@tarasis That does sound suspicious. Better call to check.
