  1. Not sure how that's going to work out.
  2. Preparing for a day-long meeting in the U.S., attended remotely from Switzerland - 3:00-11:30PM instead of 9:00-5:30. Ugh.
  3. I just undusted and customized my Tumblr account, which I had never used. For now, feeding it with blog, twitter, etc.
  4. My twitter updates seem to be getting through (I see them on my "Archive" tab) but they are not shown in my main timeline - weird

@Phil801 Really admire your courage in dealing with this and in sharing it- not sure I could do it myself. I wish you and Serenity the best!
  12. Somehow this seems appropriate: http://tinyurl.com/5u5p9q
  13. I'm looking for good headsets for use with Skype, also for music/gaming. I am trying the Plantronics DSP-400, I like them - any suggestions?
  14. Not too expensive too, I'd say US$150 tops - wireless would be nice, stereo headset also nice
  15. This is NOT what I have in mind for my new headset: http://tinyurl.com/4q77vp

  17. Found a nice app to interact with iusethis.com: http://tinyurl.com/373dnj Takes care of all updates, including system updates
  18. Hm... now that I'm feeding my blog entries to Twitter, I need to customize my auto-posted del.icio.us bookmarks to be more informative
  19. I'm sure with all the cross-feeding, at SOME point I'll create a deadly Blog-Twitter-del.icio.us-tumblr-facebook-friendfeed cycle somehow
  20. Of course if it hasn't happened to @Scobleizer, it's unlikely anyone else will trigger something like that
  21. One of those days... I just can't get myself into "productive" mode....
  22. I envy all those people tweeting about going to WWDC. You know who you are. The only Jobs keynote I attended was way back in NeXTworld '92
  23. That was when NeXT announced they would stop making HW and started selling NeXTstep for PC hardware. I still have those old CDs
  24. If I read @TechCrunch say "I'm streaming live right now, come chat!" one more time, I'm going to scream. Sorry, unfollow.
  25. I still have to register and book trip & hotel for DIMVA'08 - need to do that today

  27. I'm getting a used Sony-Ericsson K800i. Much cheaper than an iPhone, and much nicer than my aging and broken T610.

  29. $199 for an iPhone 3G sounds tempting, but it's only with some outrageous contract - I'll pass until I can use it with my prepaid card
  30. Watching the WWDC keynote
  31. Every once in a while, my Desktop freezes (on OSX 10.5.3). I can't select or do anything - I have to restart Finder to bring it back.

  36. After last night's Quicktime update, all my apps are "quitting unexpectedly" - well, not all, Twitterrific is working, my session started ok
  37. But Mail, Safari, Adium, Terminal all are dead. Will try a reboot.
  38. After a reboot, everything is fine. How wierd.
  39. Fun-filled afternoon of conference calls. Oh joy.

@fraserspeirs Sun's dtrace is by itself an epic win. Apple did a great job wrapping a human-understandable GUI around it though
  72. How do you post to Plurk? Web page? Is there a client? How about cross-posting to Twitter and Plurk? MoodBlast doesn't support Plurk yet
